About the Recipe
This is using the slow cooker the RIGHT way! I love dumping my ingredients, and having it ready when I have had a busy day and we are ready to eat! You can add some sides, such as biscuits, cornbread, or some leafy green veg, OR just enjoy a simple comfort meal!

Ingredients
1 lb stew beef
3 c potatoes, cubed
2 c carrots, chopped
1 can corn, drained (optional)
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 bullion cubes
2 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients: chop carrots, cube potatoes, and dice onions.
Step 2
In a Crock-Pot, layer the thawed stew beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions. Add drained corn (if using) and seasonings and lastly the water.
Step 3
Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours, or HIGH for 2-4 hours.
Serve and enjoy when ready!!
