About the Recipe
This was intended to be a pie the first time I made it. It turned out to be more of a fudge texture and I wasn't mad one bit! Remember that It doesn't have to be picture perfect to be delicious!

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp cocoa powder
10 oz chocolate chips*
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp sweetener of choice*
*NOTES:
Chocolate Chips- I love the "Bake Believe," dark chocolate chips. They have no egg, soy, milk, or wheat! You choose what you like!
Sweetener- I am a big fan of honey, but you choose what works and feels right for you!
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by either greasing with coconut oil, or parchment paper to prevent sticking)
Step 2
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring between, until melted.
Step 3
Peel and remove pit from avocados. In a food processor blend all ingredients until smooth texture. Pour ingredients into prepared 8x8 baking dish
Step 4
Refrigerate for 30 mins to 1 hour until firm
